Can it tell a real emergency from a routine job?
Yes. You set the rules: an active leak or no water gets transferred to you or booked first, a dripping tap goes into the next open slot.
Can it give prices over the phone?
If you want it to. It can quote your fixed prices or ranges, or simply book the visit and leave pricing to you.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
The receptionist introduces itself as your business's assistant, under the name you choose. It's polite, quick and accurate, and it transfers the call to you the moment someone asks for a person.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward your existing number to the receptionist: all calls, only after hours, or only when you don't pick up. You can change that any time.
What if it can't answer a question?
It takes the details and texts you a summary right away. For anything urgent, it transfers the call to your cell.
Which calendars and CRMs does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook, plus most CRMs and booking tools, like Jane, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or HubSpot. If you don't use one, the admin panel becomes your CRM.
How long until it's live?
About two weeks after the first call. You approve the website and listen to test calls before anything goes live.
What does it cost?
